WHAT PROPERTIES QUALIFY?

• Your home must be a single family residence with
  a minimum of 3BR, 2 Bath & Garage.
• There must have been 3 comparable properties
  that have sold in your area in the last 90 days.
• Your home must be in show-ready condition,
  willing to do repairs / allowance, or listing “AS IS”.
• Homes priced between $80,000 to $150,000.

WHAT PROPERTIES DON’T QUALIFIY?

• Multi-families, farms, lots, modular homes and
  rural homes.
• Homes outside Central Texas Home Group’s primary
  market area.
• Homes with mortgage balances greater than their
  market value.
• Homes in areas saturated with comparable listings.
• Homes listed with other real estate companies.
• Properties with code violations, toxic materials, or
  other conditions which adversely affect marketability.

(To Be Determined on a Case-by-Case Basis):

• Homes with less than 3BR/2B/Garage.
• Properties less than $80,000 or greater than
  $150,000
• Properties already marketed for over 90 days.
• Homes with swimming pools.
